Payment, Refunds, Shipping

PURCHASE and PAYMENT Policy

If you are purchasing multiple items to go to multiple addresses, you must make your purchase individually for each address.

New York customers:  I am sorry, but I must charge you sales tax! Please contact me and I will send you an invoice.

I accept payments through Paypal ONLY.   You can SECURELY do an instant transfer, use your credit or debit card or pay via your checking account with an echeck.  Any item(s) paid for by echeck will ship within 2 business days after the echeck clears.

You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit card through Paypal.

 


 

REFUND Policy

I will accept returns ONLY if the item has been damaged in shipping. 

It must be returned within 14 business days. I ABSOLUTELY require the item shipped back to me in the original shipping container, and placed into a secure box.  All Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 


 

SHIPPING Policy

If actual shipping is at least $1.00 less than I charged, I'll refund the difference. 
If it's more, I pay it!

I ship within 2 to 3 business days via USPS First Class Mail, Domestic and International, with delivery confirmation on domestic shipments..

All items are wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a box, then placed into either a padded envelope or small shipping box.

Unless the item states that the cost includes insurance, all items are shipped uninsured. 

Custom, Duty and Value Added Taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
