I always try to answer any support issue within a few hours unless it's the middle of the night.
I have a large, old home, a part-time offline business and 9 animals that take up a ton of my time. Yeah, it's a bit of a zoo in my house, but I love it! The point is that even though I try real hard to be quick, I have a life offline that takes up considerable amounts of time.
Sooo...If you don't hear back from me within 24 hours you have the right to yell at me. Just be nice about it... I'm sensitive. LOL
